Settlement Class Administrator definition

Settlement Class Administrator means JND Legal Administration (“JND”), the neutral third party selected by Settlement Class Counsel that will, subject to Court approval, administer the settlement of claims by the Settlement Class and effectuate Notice and otherwise administer the Settlement.
Settlement Class Administrator means the entity retained by Plaintiff with the consent of Defendant and approved by the Court to issue notice to the Settlement Class Members and to administer the settlement.

Related to Settlement Class Administrator

  • Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Claims Administrator means the firm proposed by Class Counsel and appointed by the Courts to administer the Settlement Amount in accordance with the provisions of this Settlement Agreement and the Distribution Protocol, and any employees of such firm.

  • Portfolio Administrator means any entity and any successor or replacement thereto, as specified in the Final Terms for each Series of ETP Securities, appointed as Portfolio Administrator in accordance with the terms of the relevant Portfolio Administration Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Securities Administrator Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interest, or any successor securities administrator appointed as herein provided.
