Serviced Business definition

Serviced Business means any portion of the Administered Business that is not Reinsured Business, including the Net Retained Liabilities Policies. (sss)
Serviced Business means the Net Retained Liabilities Policies, the Conversion Policies and the Ceded Reinsurance Agreements to the extent covering the Net Retained Liabilities Policies or the Conversion Policies.
Serviced Business means the Accommodation Business and all other Subject Business, but excluding all claims under the Serviced Policies and Inuring AXA RE Retrocession Agreements to the extent serviced by ALM pursuant to the Run Off Services and Management Agreement (without taking into account any subcontract or delegation contemplated thereby).
