Service Quality Management System definition

Service Quality Management System means the Franchisee’s system that: (a) has, as a minimum, the characteristics set out in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 7.2 (Service Quality Management) for ensuring and measuring the provision by it of a level of service quality across the Franchise that is consistent with the level specified in the Service Quality Standards; and (b) is as set out in the document in the agreed terms marked “SQMS”;
