Service Quality Standards definition

Service Quality Standards means the standards identified in Appendix B of this Service Level Specification;
Service Quality Standards means a set of parameters and their corresponding values that are used to evaluate the adequacy of the level of electricity services provided by a Licensee;
Service Quality Standards means key performance indicators measuring the level of performance and elements of compliance based on the items listed in Annex II which are under the direct responsibility of air carriers or the airport managing body.’
