Service Provider Sensitive Information definition

Service Provider Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Service Provider to the Purchaser (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Service Provider Sensitive Information in Schedule 5.7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and» is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).
Service Provider Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Service Provider to the Purchaser (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which is specified as Service Provider Sensitive Information in Error: Reference source not foundError: Reference source not found (Transparency Reports and Service Provider Sensitive Information) and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule.

Examples of Service Provider Sensitive Information in a sentence

  • The Purchaser may consult with the Service Provider to inform its decisions concerning redaction (for example to exclude any Service Provider Sensitive Information) but any decisions taken by the Purchaser are final and conclusive.

  • Where a Request for Information concerns Service Provider Sensitive Information specified in Schedule 8 (Transparency Reports and Service Provider Sensitive Information) (having regard to the justifications and durations set out there), the Purchaser must take reasonable steps, where practicable, to consult with the Service Provider before disclosing it pursuant to a Request for Information.
