Series A Investor definition

Series A Investor has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Series A Investor or “Series A Investors” has the meaning ascribed to it in the Series A and Series B Share Subscription Agreement.
Series A Investor means each person whose name and address is set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 and any other holder of Series A Shares from time to time who becomes a party to this Agreement by signing a Deed of Adherence in accordance with clauses 9.2 and 9.3;

Series A Investor means any Person, other than the Corporation, that, from time to time, is a party to the Series A Investor Rights Agreement.
