Series A-1 Preferred Shares definition

Series A-1 Preferred Shares means the Company’s series A-1 preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.
Series A-1 Preferred Shares means the series A-1 redeemable and convertible preferred shares of the Company with a par value of US$0.000001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Amended M&AA and the Shareholders Agreement.
Series A-1 Preferred Shares means the Series A-1 Preferred Shares of the Corporation.
