Series A Guarantee definition

Series A Guarantee means that certain Guarantee Agreement, dated as ------------------ of December 3, 1996, by and between the Sponsor and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee.
Series A Guarantee means the guarantee agreement dated as of November 19, 1997, by the Sponsor in respect of the Series A Capital Securities.
Series A Guarantee means the Guarantee Agreement executed and delivered by the Depositor and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement, for the benefit of the Holders of the Trust Securities, as amended from time to time.

Series A Guarantee means the Series A Guarantee, dated as of the Closing Date, by First Financial Holdings, Inc., in respect of the Series A Capital Securities.

"Trustee" means the Person named as the "Trustee" in the first paragraph of this instrument until a successor Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter "Trustee" shall mean or include each Person who is then a Trustee hereunder, and if at any time there is more than one such Person, "Trustee" as used with respect to the Securities of any series shall mean the Trustee with respect to Securities of that series. "Trust Indenture Act" or "TIA" (except as herein otherwise expressly provided) means the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as in force at the date as of which this instrument was executed, and, to the extent required by law, as amended. "Trust Securities" means Common Securities and Preferred Securities of an FCN Capital Trust.   • Preferred Securities Guarantee means any guarantee that the Company may enter into with the Trustee or other Persons that operates directly or indirectly for the benefit of holders of Preferred Securities.
