Series 2012 Bond definition

Series 2012 Bond means the $8,000,000 original principal amount City of Spartanburg, South Carolina Water System Revenue Bond, Series 2012.
Series 2012 Bond means the Water Supply System Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2012, authorized by Ordinance No. 614 and this Ordinance.
Series 2012 Bond means the Water and Sewer System Revenue Bond, Series 2012, of the Issuer in the principal amount of not to exceed $5,000,000 authorized by this Ordinance.
