Sensitive Health Information definition

Sensitive Health Information means any information of an individual's health or mental condition, such as a medical record or history, medical treatment plan, or diagnosis by a health care professional or other protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer agrees that Customer will never use the Software to collect, store, transmit or otherwise process Sensitive Health Information; or
Sensitive Health Information means any information subject to special privacy protection under state or federal law, including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, mental health, alcohol and substance abuse, reproductive health, sexually- transmitted disease, and genetic testing information.

  • Health information means any information or data except age or gender, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium, created by or derived from a health care provider or the consumer that relates to:
