Medical Treatment Plan definition

Medical Treatment Plan means a plan developed by a Registered Nurse or physician that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of the Participant and how these needs shall be met; the DDO shall make every reasonable effort to bill the Participant’s medical insurance. The Medical Treatment Plan includes which tasks shall be taught or delegated to personal care attendants and which shall be completed by a Registered Nurse as reserved to them by statute.
