Seller’s Employees definition

Seller’s Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(a).

Seller’s Employees means all employees employed at the Hotel by Seller as of the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Seller’s Employees

Seller’s Employees shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.08(a) of this Agreement.
