Seller Principals definition

Seller Principals means: (a) solely with respect to BTHHM, Mxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Rxxx Xxxxxx, Axxxx Xxxx, Axxxxxx Xxxxx, and Jxxxx Xxxxx (each, a “BTHHM Seller Principal,” collectively the “BTHHM Seller Principals”); (b) solely with respect to PNB Nxxxxxx, Mxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Rxxx Xxxxxx, Axxxx Xxxx, Axxxxxx Xxxxx, Jxxxx Xxxxx, (each, a “Nxxxxxx Seller Principal,” collectively, the “Nxxxxxx Seller Principals”); and (c) solely with respect to V Products, Mxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Rxxx Xxxxxx, Axxxx Xxxx, Axxxxxx Xxxxx, Jxxxx Xxxxx, Dxxx Xxxxxx, and Bxxxx Xxxxx (each, a “V Products Seller Principal,” collectively, the “V Products Seller Principals”).
