Subject Company definition

Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

Subject Company means an issuer that satisfies both of the following:

Subject Company means the company whose equity securities are the subject of a research report or a recommendation.

• In addition, a Subject Company will not, directly or indirectly, lease all or substantially all of the properties and assets of such Subject Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries taken as a whole, in one or more related transactions, to any other Person.

Subject Company means the company whose securities are the subject of a research report or a public appearance;
