Subject Company definition

Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Subject Company means an issuer that satisfies both of the following:
Subject Company means the company whose equity securities are the subject of a research report or a recommendation.

Examples of Subject Company in a sentence

  • Each Team must prepare a written research report on the Subject Company.

  • Subject Company may have been a client of MOFSL or its associates in the past 12 months.MOFSL and it’s associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the subject company or third party in connection with the research report.

  • Only Team Members may conduct research on the Subject Company for the purposes of the CFA Institute Research Challenge.

  • We or our associates may have received any compensation or other benefits from the Subject Company if any or third party in connection with the research report: NA.

  • Subject Company may have been a client of MOSL or its associates during twelve months preceding the date of distribution of the research report.MOSL and it's associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the subject company or third party in connection with the research report.


More Definitions of Subject Company

Subject Company means the company whose securities are the subject of a research report or a public appearance;
