Seed Properties definition
Seed Properties. Collectively, those certain real properties more particularly described on Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Seed Properties means the properties for which acquisition by the STANLIB Fahari I- REIT is to be completed within the first six months after listing the I- REIT Scheme, as detailed in Section 3.10;
Examples of Seed Properties in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, no ROFO will apply to any such transfers in respect of any right, title or interest in, to or under, or any rights to acquire, (i) the Parkmerced Loan, (ii) the Parkmerced Option Agreement, (iii) any ownership interest in Parkmerced Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (iv) the Seed Properties or (v) the Contributed Properties.
