Seed Properties definition

Seed Properties. Collectively, those certain real properties more particularly described on Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Seed Properties means the properties for which acquisition by the STANLIB Fahari I- REIT is to be completed within the first six months after listing the I- REIT Scheme, as detailed in Section 3.10;

Examples of Seed Properties in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no ROFO will apply to any such transfers in respect of any right, title or interest in, to or under, or any rights to acquire, (i) the Parkmerced Loan, (ii) the Parkmerced Option Agreement, (iii) any ownership interest in Parkmerced Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (iv) the Seed Properties or (v) the Contributed Properties.

Related to Seed Properties

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
