Security Safeguards means all of the Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards in an Information System.
Security Safeguards means physical, technical, administrative or organizational security procedures and practices put in place by the Consultant (or any Authorized Persons) that relate to the protection of the security, confidentiality, value, or integrity of Personal Information.
