Security Agreement Termination Date definition

Security Agreement Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the date on which (a) the principal of and interest on all Loans shall have been paid in full and all other amounts then due under the Loan Documents shall have been paid in full, (b) all Commitments have been terminated, and (c) there are no outstanding Letters of Credit (other than such as have been Cash Collateralized or covered by a “back-to-back” letter of credit in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents) and (ii) the date on which all of the Collateral shall have been released pursuant to Section 14(c).
