Secondary Member definition

Secondary Member means an individual, being a spouse or direct dependent of the member (living within the same household as the member) whom the Member nominates to use the Service in terms of this agreement;
Secondary Member means any legal entity approved by CBSL and LCPL to be a CEFTS Member and which has made arrangements with a Primary Member to settle net balances through the RTGS account of such Primary Member.
Secondary Member means any legal entity authorized by a Primary Member to execute CAS transactions and to settle net balances through the RTGS account of such Primary Member and approved by CBSL and LCPL to be a CAS Member.

  • Primary Member and Secondary Member agree to be bound by the terms of the then existing Membership Agreement posted on USCCA’s website.

  • The Self-Defense SHIELD sets forth the protection benefits a Primary Member (and Secondary Member, if applicable) will receive when enrolled in the USCCA.

  • If a Primary Member cancels membership, all USCCA membership benefits will cease for both the Primary Member and the Secondary Member, if any.
