Second Lien Senior Secured Debt definition

Second Lien Senior Secured Debt means Debt of the Credit Parties secured by Liens on the Collateral on a junior basis pursuant to intercreditor arrangements, which shall contain customary market terms and conditions for second lien financings and otherwise be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Second Lien Senior Secured Debt shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01(s).

  • Senior Secured Debt means Senior Debt that is secured by Liens on any property or assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Permitted Junior Secured Refinancing Debt will include any Registered Equivalent Notes issued in exchange therefor.
