Intercreditor Arrangements means the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement and any other document that is designated by the Loan Parties’ Agent and the Collateral Agent as an intercreditor agreement, in each case as amended, novated, supplemented, restated, replaced or modified from time to time;

Intercreditor Arrangements means the Intercreditor Agreement, any Additional Intercreditor Agreement as well as those provisions of the Senior Indenture and the Subordinated Indenture, regarding the relation between the creditors with respect to the security interests of different ranks over the Pledged Portfolio.

Intercreditor Arrangements. The intercreditor principles with respect to the AssetCo Bonds and AssetCo IGLs should be relatively straightforward and can be addressed in a simple security document. Upon enforcement of the security over the shares in AssetCo, the Security Agent shall be permitted to release the AssetCo Bonds and related guarantees.
