Existing Senior Secured Notes definition

Existing Senior Secured Notes means the Borrower’s $800,000,000 8.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2019, issued pursuant to the Existing Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
Existing Senior Secured Notes means the Company’s $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.65% Senior Secured Notes due June 19, 2022.
Existing Senior Secured Notes means the Company’s 11.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2012 and its 10.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2013.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be permitted to be designated as an Unrestricted Subsidiary if such Subsidiary does not substantially concurrently constitute or will not substantially concurrently constitute an “Unrestricted Subsidiary” under the Existing Senior Secured Notes Indenture.

More Definitions of Existing Senior Secured Notes

Existing Senior Secured Notes means the Existing Euro Senior Secured Notes and the Existing Dollar Senior Secured Notes.
Existing Senior Secured Notes means, collectively, the 2020 Senior Secured Notes, the 2025 Senior Secured Notes and the 2027 Senior Secured Notes.
