Disclosed means fairly disclosed in or by the Disclosure Letter with sufficient detail to enable the Buyer to form a reasonable assessment of the nature and scope of the matter disclosed;
Disclosed means shown, divulged, revealed, produced, described, transmitted or otherwise communicated, in whole or in part.
Disclosed means fairly disclosed to the Holder in the Disclosure Letter with sufficient explanation and detail to enable the Holder to identify clearly the nature, scope and full implications of the matters disclosed;
