The financial books, records and accounts of Company and its subsidiaries, in all material respects: (i) have been maintained in accordance with good business practices on a basis consistent with prior years; (ii) are stated in reasonable detail and accurately and fairly reflect the material transactions involving Company; and (iii) accurately and fairly reflect the basis for the Company Financial Statements.
There has been no material change in Company's accounting policies, except as described in the notes to the Company Financial Statements, since January 1, 2023.
