Seasonal dwelling definition

Seasonal dwelling means a dwelling that is occupied or used for less than 180 days per year and less than 120 consecutive days.

More Definitions of Seasonal dwelling

Seasonal dwelling means a residential building, whether temporary or permanent and may include mobile homes, which was not originally intended, situated, designed, or constructed for year-round occupancy. Where “seasonal dwelling” is provided as a principal permitted or conditional use in this ordinance, it is intended that governmental services including snow plowing, road construction or maintenance, utilities, school bus service, and other like services may not be provided to such dwelling and use. Anyone building a residential building in a zone designated for “seasonal dwellings” shall be informed in writing by the zoning administrator that the above governmental services may not be provided to that building or use.
