Season Permit definition

Season Permit means a numbered Permit issued pursuant to Article 52 for the parking of a specified Vehicle or Vehicles in a specified Parking Place.
Season Permit means a permit issued by the Council to a person whereby a vehicle owned, kept, driven or controlled by that person may be left Monday to Saturday inclusive in Parking Places specified in the Schedule to this Order upon payment of a fee;
Season Permit means a pass in physical or virtual format, issued by the Council for use in accordance with the Council’s conditions for issuing the permit which entitles a Vehicle to park in those Parking Places where indicated in Column 6 of Schedule 1;

Examples of Season Permit in a sentence

  • A Player may Transfer to or from the Northern Territory Football League under a Season Permit using the Competition Management Platform.

  • Where a Tier 1 Club recruits a Player on a Season Permit, the Tier 1 Competition shall be responsible for ensuring that the Player participates with the Club for one (1) season only.

  • A Season Permit allows a Player, who is registered with one Club, to play one or more home and away Matches with another Club in a different Competition without having to register with the Destination Club.

  • Where a Player has played under a Season Permit and has not played or made themselves available for selection for their Source Club for more than five (5) home and away Matches for a period of twenty-four (24) months, the Player must lodge a Transfer Request through the Competition Management Platform for any subsequent Transfer.

  • Any Player granted a Season Permit will remain registered with their Source Club for the term of the Season Permit.

  • Players wishing to continue on a Season Permit basis will be required to complete a new Competition Management Platform application for each subsequent season.

  • Where a player has played under a Season Permit and has not played or made themselves available for selection for more than five (5) home and away matches for a period of twenty-four (24) months, the player must lodge a Transfer Request through the Competition Management Platform for any subsequent transfer.

  • These distinctions may also reflect differences in the two research sites (Tunduma is a border post and Arusha a city).

  • An Interchange Agreement must be in place in accordance with Regulation3.11 above, prior to requesting a Season Permit.

  • Temporary Occupation Permit means a Temporary Occupation Permit issued under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29);

  • Applicable Permit means the Kansas Water Pollution Control and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities General Permit or a project specific stormwater permit issued to KDOT.

  • Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring, and enforcing permits and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements, under Sections 307, 318, 402, and 405 of CWA. The term includes an approved program.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • NPDES Permit means any permit or equivalent document or requirements issued by the Administrator, or, where appropriated by the Director, after enactment of the Federal Clean Water Act to regulate the discharge of pollutants pursuant to Section 402 of the Federal Act.

  • Discharge (of a pollutant) means any addition of any pollutant or combination of pollutants to waters of the United States from any point source; or any addition of any pollutant or combination of pollutants to the waters of the contiguous zone or ocean from any point source other than a vessel or other floating craft which is being used as a means of transportation.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring and enforcing permits, and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements under Sections 307, 402, 318, and 405 of the Clean Water Act.

  • Acid rain emissions limitation means, as defined in 40 CFR 72.2*, a limitation on emissions of sulfur dioxide or nitrogen oxides under the acid rain program under Title IV of the Clean Air Act (CAA).

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Regulated air pollutant means the following:

  • Qualified airport authority means an airport authority

  • RCRA means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq., as same may be amended from time to time.

  • Required Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or necessary in the manufacturing, importing, exporting, possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any Drug Application (including without limitation, at any point in time, all licenses, approvals and permits issued by the FDA or any other applicable Governmental Authority necessary for the testing, manufacture, marketing or sale of any Product by any applicable Borrower(s) as such activities are being conducted by such Borrower with respect to such Product at such time), and (b) issued by any Person from which Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries have received an accreditation.

  • PAL pollutant means the pollutant for which a PAL is established at a major stationary source.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Conditional Use Permit means a permit issued pursuant to Section 1.14 of this Ordinance.
