Specified Vehicle definition

Specified Vehicle means the vacuum truck or such other vehicle equipped with motorised pumps and storage tank owned by the ULB or Operator, of such design specification as may be approved from time to time by the ULB, for emptying and transporting Faecal Sludge and Septage.
Specified Vehicle means a Specified Asset of any Specified Interest that is a Titling Trust Vehicle.
Specified Vehicle means, with respect to any Specified Interest, a Vehicle identified (i) in the Schedule of Leases and Vehicles attached to a Titling Trust Specification Notice with respect to such Specified Interest, (ii) in an Addition Notice as having been added to such Specified Interest, or (iii) in a Reallocation Notice as having been reallocated to such Specified Interest. However, a Vehicle will no longer be a Specified Vehicle with respect to any Specified Interest as of the date on which (i) such Vehicle has been transferred from the Titling Trust pursuant to Section 4.3(e) or (ii) such Vehicle has been reallocated to another Specified Interest pursuant to Section 4.3(f).

More Definitions of Specified Vehicle

Specified Vehicle means a chauffeured private hire car, an excursion bus, an omnibus, a private hire bus or a school bus.
Specified Vehicle means any public service vehicle or any part thereof as specified in a notification made under subsection (1) of section 14;
Specified Vehicle means a vehicle for which a permit to dredge has been issued under this byelaw;
Specified Vehicle means any private vehicle bearing the registration number described in the Policy Schedule.
Specified Vehicle means an excursion bus, an omnibus, a private hire bus or a school bus.
Specified Vehicle means any public service vehicle or part thereof specified in a notification made under section 3.
