For each Approved Service Order, the City will compensate the Consultant for all subconsultants in a total amount not to exceed the amount set forth in Column 6.
Subconsultant reimbursable expenses should be included in Column 6 of each Approved Service Order.
Column 6 sets forth the maximum compensation the City will pay the Consultant separately for subconsultant costs (including subconsultant reimbursable expenses) incurred for each task in the Approved Service Order.
