SCHEDULED RENEWAL TERM EXPIRATION DATE means, in the case of the first Renewal Lease Term, the second anniversary of the Scheduled Expiration Date, and in the case of the second Renewal Lease Term, the fourth anniversary of the Scheduled Expiration Date.

SCHEDULED RENEWAL TERM EXPIRATION DATE means, in the case of the first Fixed Renewal Lease Term, the second anniversary of the Scheduled Expiration Date, in the case of the second Fixed Renewal Lease Term, the fourth anniversary of the Scheduled Expiration Date and, in the case of any Subsequent Renewal Lease Term, the day preceding the first anniversary of the commencement date of such Subsequent Renewal Lease Term.

SCHEDULED RENEWAL TERM EXPIRATION DATE means, in the case of a Renewal Lease Term, the Scheduled Renewal Term Expiration Date as elected by Lessee pursuant to Section 17.2 of the Lease.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Term Expiration Date means the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date; provided that if such date occurs within an NFL Season or within thirty (30) days following an NFL Season, such date shall be automatically extended to the date that is thirty (30) days following the end of such NFL Season, as applicable, or (ii) the date on which the Stadium Lease is terminated pursuant to the express rights and terms of the Stadium Lease.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Scheduled Expiration Date is defined in Schedule 1 to the Lease.

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

  • Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Renewal Terms means the renewal terms of a Property Schedule, each having a duration of one year and a term coextensive with Lessee's budget year.

  • Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.

  • Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating 5 years thereafter.

  • Original Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 10 hereof.

  • Annual Renewal Date means the date in any calendar year, subsequent to the year in which the Policy comes into effect, corresponding numerically with the Policy Commencement date in that subsequent year.

  • Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.

  • Renewal Date means the effective date of Renewal. The first Renewal Date shall be the date as specified in the Policy Schedule (which shall not be later than the first anniversary of the Policy Effective Date) and the subsequent Renewal Date(s) shall be the anniversary(ies) of the first Renewal Date. The relevant Renewal Date shall be specified in the notification of Renewal in accordance with Section 3 of Part 4.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Lease Expiration Date means the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.

  • Extension Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

  • Final Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.
