In the event there is no Controlling Shareholder and if the Company is delisted from Level 1 Corporate Governance because of breach of the obligations under the Level 1 Listing Regulations, by resolution at the Shareholders’ Meeting, the public offering of shares shall be conducted by the shareholders that voted in favor of the resolution that led to the breach.
