Purchaser Schedule definition

Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.

Purchaser Schedule means that Purchaser Schedule attached as Schedule A hereto.

Purchaser Schedule means the schedule first delivered by the Purchasers to Sellers on the date of this Agreement and updated after the date of this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.9.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will issue and sell to each Series A Purchaser and each such Purchaser will purchase from the Company, at the Closing provided for in Section 3.1, Series A Notes in the principal amount specified opposite such Purchaser’s name in the Purchaser Schedule at the purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.

• Contemporaneously with the Series A Closing, the Company shall sell to each other Series A Purchaser and each other Series A Purchaser shall purchase the Series A Notes to be purchased by it at the Series A Closing as specified in the Purchaser Schedule.

More Definitions of Purchaser Schedule

Purchaser Schedule shall have the meaning given in the introductory Paragraph hereof.

Purchaser Schedule means the schedule attached hereto entitled "Purchaser Schedule", as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
