SBLC Documents definition

SBLC Documents means, collectively, (a) two standby letter of credit agreements, dated November 22, 2012 and November 26, 2012, respectively, in favor of DBS Bank Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, including the confirmations by The Export-Import Bank of China, each for an amount not exceeding RMB800,000,000 dated November 22, 2012 and November 27, 2012, respectively, (b) the New SBLCs, (c) the SBLC Agreement, (d) the SBLC Consent and Amendment and the amendment and restatement of the SBLC Agreement entered into after the date hereof to document the terms of the SBLC Consent and Amendment, (e) the SBLC Cash Pledge and (f) the SBLC Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Merger Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Certificate of Merger, and all other agreements and documents entered into in connection with the Merger and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Guarantor Documents means this Guaranty and all other certificates, documents, agreements and instruments delivered to any Guaranteed Party under or in connection with this Guaranty and the Loan Documents.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Equity Documents means collectively the documents evidencing subscription to Equity to the extent of equity component of cost of the Project.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • DIP Facility Documents means any notes, certificates, agreements, security agreements, documents, or instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection with the DIP Credit Agreement.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
