DBS BANK LTD as agent of the other Finance Parties (the “Agent”). and is supplemental to a S$5,100,000,000 facility agreement dated 25 June 2012 (as amended by an Amendment Agreement dated 20 November 2013 and further amended and restated by an Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated 29 August 2014) (the “Original Facility Agreement”) made between (a) the Borrower, as borrower, (b) the financial institutions and others listed in Part I of Schedule 1 thereto, as mandated lead arrangers, (c) DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited and Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch, as global coordinators, (d) the financial institutions and others listed in Part II and Part III of Schedule 1 thereto (the “Lenders”), as original lenders, (e) the Agent, as agent and (f) DBS Bank Ltd. (the “Security Trustee”), as security trustee.
