Savings Body definition

Savings Body means any building society, institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987 or relevant European institution (within the meaning of Schedule 15A to the Taxes Act 1988) with which a Savings Contract can be made;
Savings Body means any body with whom a Savings Contract can be made as selected by the Board (at its discretion).
Savings Body means any bank, building society, or European authorised institution (within the meaning of section 704 ITTOIA 2005 and authorised in accordance with section 707 ITTOIA 2005) with which a Savings Contract can be made;

Examples of Savings Body in a sentence

  • The notice shall specify the number of Shares (or the equivalent aggregate Acquisition Prices) over which the Option is exercised and shall be accompanied by the relevant option certificate and the form of withdrawal from the Savings Contract required by the Savings Body or by an appropriate remittance and evidence of withdrawal from the Savings Contract.

  • An Eligible Employee may apply for an Option or Options on the form of application prescribed by the Directors accompanied by a proposal form of the Savings Body to enter a Savings Contract or Savings Contracts.

  • The application form must be accompanied by a completed proposal form to enter a Savings Contract with the Savings Body.

Savings Body means any building society or other institution as defined in section 519(C)(1) of the Act as being a qualifying savings institution with which a Savings Contract can be made;
