International Plan definition

International Plan means any Employee Plan that is not a US Plan.
International Plan means any compensation or benefit plan that is entered into, maintained, administered or contributed to by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under the law or applicable custom or rule of the relevant jurisdiction outside the United States.
International Plan means any employment, severance or similar contract or arrangement (whether or not written) or any plan, policy, fund, program or arrangement or contract providing for severance, insurance coverage (including any self-insured arrangements), workers’ compensation, disability benefits, supplemental unemployment benefits, vacation benefits, pension or retirement benefits or for deferred compensation, profit-sharing, bonuses, stock options, stock appreciation rights or other forms of incentive compensation or post-retirement insurance, compensation or benefits that (i) is not an Employee Plan, (ii) is entered into, maintained, administered or contributed to by the Company or any of its Affiliates and (iii) covers any employee or former employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Except as would not result in material liability to the Company or any Subsidiary taken as a whole, each International Plan that is intended to qualify for special Tax treatment meets the requirements for such treatment in all material respects.

International Plan means any Company Employee Plan that is entered into, maintained, administered or contributed to by the Company or any of its Affiliates, and covers any employee or former employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries who is or was employed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries outside the United States.

International Plan means any Company Plan that covers Service Providers located primarily outside of the United States.
International Plan means a sub-plan of the Plan for non-U.S. employees. Offerings under the International Plan are intended to constitute separate offerings from those conducted under the Plan.
