Savings Contract definition

Savings Contract means an agreement to pay monthly contributions under the terms of a certified contractual savings scheme, within the meaning of section 326 of the Taxes Act 1988, which has been approved by the Inland Revenue for the purposes of Schedule 9;
Savings Contract means a savings contract under the Scheme for a share option purpose;
Savings Contract means a contract under a certified SAYE savings arrangement (within the meaning of section 703 of the Income Tax (Trading and Other Income) Act 2005) approved by HMRC for the purpose of Schedule 3 and “Three Year Savings Contract” and “Five Year Savings Contract” shall be construed accordingly;
