S-A Customer definition

S-A Customer means any person or entity that acquires from S-A units of Equipment ordered by S-A under this Contract and, if such person or entity is a distributor or other interim purchaser, the ultimate purchaser of such units of Equipment. When used in this Contract, the term “customer” shall mean, as applicable, S-A or such S-A Customer.
