Examples of A Units in a sentence

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement to the contrary, any reference to “Units” shall include the Class A Units and any other Classes that may be established in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of A Units

A Units are those Units listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. The term A Units is used to distinguish between the original unit class of the Fund and B Units. A management charge will be levied against the value of A Units. The holders of A Units will not be invoiced separately..

A Units means the Units issued to LGI pursuant to Section 4.03(a). The A Units shall have the same rights, preferences and privileges as the B Units except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement.

Related to A Units

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
