Rules of Tennis definition

Rules of Tennis means the Rules of Tennis and the Rules and Regulations of the International Tennis Federation as in force from time to time;
Rules of Tennis means the designated “ITF Rules of Tennis” (or any successor to them) applicable in the particular year, and any other applicable rules and regulations of the ITF in force from time to time;

Related to Rules of Tennis

  • AAA Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Governing Laws means the CRLPA, DRULPA, MULPL, KRULPA, TRLPA and FRULPA, as applicable.

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

  • AAA means the American Arbitration Association.

  • JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.

  • House Rules means written and posted rules governing house activities in the AFH-DD. These rules may not conflict with the AFH Bill of Rights.

  • Hague Convention means the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extra Judicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters done at the Hague on 15 November 1965;

  • Conciliator means an individual appointed as such in terms of section 82;

  • Repurchase Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.14 of the Indenture.
