Hague Convention definition

Hague Convention means the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extra Judicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters done at the Hague on 15 November 1965;
Hague Convention means the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, done at Hague on 16 December 1970, contained in Schedule 3;
Hague Convention has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.04(e).
