  • Other than as set forth in Section 7.3.1 (Eligible Medical Affairs Costs), each Party will be responsible for all costs and expenses related to the performance of Medical Affairs activities under this Agreement by or on behalf of such Party or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees, including the costs of performing Medical Affairs activities under (a) the Roche Medical Affairs Plan (with respect to Roche) and (b) the Sarepta Medical Affairs Plan (with respect to Sarepta).

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
