RMR Fund or "RMR Funds" shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in the recitals. (y) "Shareholder Meeting" shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(j).   • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Investment Vehicle means a corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, association, or other entity, either domestic or foreign, managed by an external manager in which a board is the majority investor and that is organized in order to invest with, or retain the investment management services of, other external managers.

  • Managed Fund means those Funds, individually and collectively, for which the Portfolio Manager makes buy and sell decisions.
