Feeder Fund definition

Feeder Fund. A Limited Partner that is formed by the General Partner or its Affiliates to serve as a vehicle which will invest all or substantially all of its investable assets in the Partnership.
Feeder Fund means a Sub-Fund which invests all or substantially all of its assets in securities which are units or sub-units in a unit trust scheme or participations in a mutual fund or other interests in a collective investment scheme which is managed or advised by the Managers or any Associate of the Managers and whose investment policy is the same or substantially the same as such Sub-Fund.
Feeder Fund means a mutual fund that conducts more than 51% of its investing in a master fund either directly or through an intermediary entity;

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms of a Feeder Fund may differ from those of any other Feeder Funds including with respect to Management Fee and Incentive Allocation terms, expenses, subscription, withdrawal and redemption rights, access to portfolio information, content and frequency of reports, co-investment rights and designation of a Review Agent.
