Rights Offerings Procedures definition

Rights Offerings Procedures means the procedures governing the applicable Rights Offering, in each case as approved by the applicable Rights Offerings Procedures Order.
Rights Offerings Procedures means the procedures for each Rights Offering that are approved by the Bankruptcy Court, which set forth the procedures for Holders of Senior Notes Claims to participate in the Rights Offerings, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Financing Parties, the Requisite Consenting Stakeholders, and the Debtors, as may be amended or modified in a manner that is reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Financing Parties, the Requisite Consenting Stakeholders, and the Debtors.
Rights Offerings Procedures means collectively the 1145 Rights Offering Procedures and the 4(a)(2) Rights Offering Procedures as approved by the Disclosure Statement Order.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.
