Solicitation Procedures Order definition

Solicitation Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction approving the Debtors' proposed procedures to govern their solicitation of votes on this Plan.
Solicitation Procedures Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on December 10, 2007 authorizing the procedures by which solicitation of votes on this Plan is to take place, among other matters.
