Shelf Procedures definition

Shelf Procedures means the rules and procedures established pursuant to NI 44-102;
Shelf Procedures means the requirements in this Instrument for the distribution of securities under a base shelf prospectus and a shelf prospectus supplement;
Shelf Procedures means NI 44-101 and NI 44-102;

Shelf Procedures means the rules and procedures established under National Instrument 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions and Companion Policy 44-101CP and National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions and Companion Policy 44-102CP for the distribution of securities on a continuous or delayed basis.
