Retained Information definition

Retained Information has the meaning set forth in Section 7.04.
Retained Information means all Information that is primarily related to the Retained Business.
Retained Information means any and all books and records prepared and maintained by Seller in connection with the Business (i) to the extent that such books and records do not relate exclusively to the Business, (ii) relating to litigation existing prior to the Closing Date that is not an Assumed Liability or (iii) relating primarily to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.

More Definitions of Retained Information

Retained Information means those books and records prepared and maintained by Valentis and all Tax records.
