Pharmaceutical Company definition

Pharmaceutical Company means an entity that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, imports, offers for sale or sells pharmaceutical products.
Pharmaceutical Company means any company or business, or an agent or representative thereof, that manufactures, sells, or distributes pharmaceuticals, medications, or prescription drugs. "Pharmaceutical company" does not include a pharmaceutical benefits manager, as included in subdivision (c), or a provider of health care.
Pharmaceutical Company shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.6.
