Retailer of Last Resort definition

Retailer of Last Resort means the supplier to whose authorisation is attached a retailer of last resort’s endorsement in respect of the Network.
Retailer of Last Resort means the retailer nominated as per the last resort scheme under the Applicable Regulations Secondary Representative means additional person or persons in addition to the Account Representative that may be authorised to enter into the Agreement at the Supply Address or make changes to the details of the account with us.
