AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE definition

AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE, if OE-LEC does not choose Access Tandem interconnection at every AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE Access Tandem within a LATA, OE-LEC must utilize AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE’s MTA Interconnection.

The date of the Initial Closing is sometimes referred to as the “Initial Closing Date.” Subsequent closings (each a “Subsequent Closing”) will be held until the earlier to occur of: (i) the date on which the entire Offering has been subscribed for and accepted by the Company (the “Final Closing Date”), and (ii) September 30, 2011.

AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE shall not charge the terminating CLEC for End Office Switching or its equivalent at the terminating end office.

Where technically feasible and available, AT&T-21STATE will provide DAL information referred to as Directory Assistance Listing (DAL) in AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE, Directory Assistance Listing Information Service (DALIS) in AT&T CALIFORNIA, Dialing Parity Directory Listings (DPDL) in AT&T MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE, Directory Assistance List License (DALL) in AT&T NEVADA and Directory Assistance Database Services (DADS) in AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE (hereinafter collectively referred to as DAL).

For calls terminating to AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE or to an End User served by AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE resold services, AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE shall charge CLEC for End Office Switching or its equivalent as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

For calls originated by a third party and terminating to CLEC where such CLEC purchases Wholesale Local Switching from AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE to provide service to its End User, AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE shall charge the originating CLEC for End Office Switching or its equivalent as set forth in the Pricing Schedule at the terminating end office.

COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.
AT&T SOUTH CAROLINA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in South Carolina.
AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
ADT means average daily traffic count (see "Projected Traffic").
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
STP means a packet switch in the CCS network that is used to route signaling messages among SSPs, SCPs and other STPs in order to set up calls and to query databases for advanced services. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

A transportation network company is not deemed to control, direct, or manage a transportation network company driver that connects to its digital network, or the driver’s personal vehicle, except as agreed to by the company and the driver pursuant to a written contract.
