Responsible Company Officer definition

Responsible Company Officer means, with respect to the Company or Owner Participant, its Chairman of the Board, its President, the Chief Financial Officer, any Vice President, the Treasurer or any other management employee (a) working under the direct supervision of such Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President or Treasurer and (b) whose responsibilities include the administration of the transactions and agreements, including the Lease, contemplated by the Participation Agreement.
Responsible Company Officer means the chief executive officer, the president, the chief financial officer, the principal accounting officer or the treasurer (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing) of the Company or any of its Subs or any other officer, partner or member (or person performing similar functions) of the Company or any of its Subs responsible for overseeing the administration of, or reviewing compliance with, all or any portion of the Indenture and 16% Notes Indenture.
Responsible Company Officer means any Senior Financial Officer and any other officer of the Company with responsibility for the administration of the relevant portion of this Indenture.
